Toby Keith Drops ‘Old School’ Just In Time For Summer

In Toby Keith’s new song “Old School”, the country singer reminisces about days that have long passed.

It’s a feel good song that reminds of us of the times when big box stores didn’t dominate. Life was simpler and basic things like hanging out with friends were cherished.

This upbeat summer song was written by Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd. No doubt Keith was the perfect choice to sing this song.

Toby Keith’s “American Soldier”

His 2003 smash song “American Soldier” was written as a way to thank those members of the military. It topped the Country charts for four weeks, proving that Country fans respect those who serve.

Toby said the song is “for all the times that I get to meet the troops on these USO tours, and since Courtesy of Red, White, and Blue, the P.O.W.s and the families that have come and brought me back my old CD covers and stuff that they had and shown how much support they had (for me), this is my support for the American fighting men and women.”

It’s a classic Toby Keith song that is always appropriate for patriotic Americans to play.
