Liberals have been putting a lot of pressure on artists to refuse to perform at Donald Trump’s Inauguration. But, Toby Keith isn’t buckling.
The country star, who isn’t even a Republican, said he refuses to apologize for participating in the Inauguration. Keith told Entertainment Weekly, “I don’t apologize for performing for our country or military. I performed at events for previous presidents [George W.] Bush and Obama and over 200 shows in Iraq and Afghanistan for the USO.”
The Inauguration is supposed to unite us. It’s ironic that supporters of Hillary Clinton are bullying people into silence when her slogan was “Stronger Together.”
Jennifer Holliday was scheduled to sing at the Inauguration, but she is the latest entertainer to back out after significant pressure of boycotts from liberal lunatics.
Perhaps Keith will sing “Made In America” at the Inauguration as a call to unity. You can see that video below.
Teen opera singer Jackie Evancho is thrilled to sing the National Anthem at the Inauguration. It is supposed to be an honor to participate in the festivities celebrating a peaceful transition of power, but liberals are taking the opportunity to bully people into submission. This isn’t supposed to be a partisan event, but they are making it one.
