Chelsea Handler sent out some shock waves on Row Lowe’s podcast. The comedian and liberal activist confirmed to Lowe that she did attend Jeffrey Epstein’s house for dinner.
She tells Lowe said she didn’t really know who Epstein was though.
Handler went as a guest of former “Today” anchor Katie Couric. And, Prince Andrew also was in attendance.

The now-deceased pedophile rubbed elbows with Hollywood elite as well as the political class.
It was widely reported Bill Clinton was a part of Epstein’s entourage.
Apparently, Katie Couric was in Epstein’s circle as well.

Couric, Epstein, and Weinstein
Handler claims it was the only time she met Jeffrey Epstein and it was a surreal evening.
Couric, who was also friendly with disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, introduced Handler to Epstein.
These associations run counter to the wholesome persona that Katie Couric has created.
If her politics were conservative, she might be forced to answer questions about these relationships.

Woody Allen Was There
Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew weren’t the only ones with questionable relationships at the party.
Woody Allen was also there with with his wife Soon Yi Previn.
Allen’s bride is the adopted daughter of his former partner Mia Farrow. Allen had a hand in raising and parenting his current wife.
“I was at that dinner party, but not for very long. When we got there I was like what is this gathering?” Handler told Lowe. “We had dinner and it was so awkward and so weird. I was like what are we doing here? And then I asked Woody Allen how he and Soon Yi met and that was when I left.”
Allen apparently enjoyed being asked about meeting Soon Yi as everyone else already new about the backstory.
Handler was making chitchat that accidentally went off the rails.

“At that point of the night I was like this is such a ridiculous dinner party, who are these people?” Handler remembered. “I really was curious! I had forgotten for a moment… but as it came out of my mouth, I knew that it was too late.”
“And he loved it, and Soon Yi, I don’t think she heard it and Katie looked at me and was like, ‘Let’s go,’” Handler continued.

Almost 10 years ago, The Daily Beast reported on this 2010 dinner party.
Couric was not the only journalist there. In fact, ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos was also in attendance.
He also is an alum of the Clinton White House.
Epstein certainly enjoyed the company of some very powerful and influential people.
