UFC Fight Island 6: Watch ‘The Korean Zombie’ & Brian Ortega Face-off

Chan Sung Jung and Brian Ortega have been going at through social media and interviews over the last year or so, and so, it’s not surprising the two had an intense face-off today on Fight Island.

‘The Korean Zombie’ versus Ortega

 ‘The Korean Zombie’ and Ortega were originally supposed to fight last December, but the latter had to drop out due to a knee injury. Jung (16-5) ended up facing Frankie Edgar instead, and stopped the former lightweight champ in the opening round.

Jung proceeded to take some verbal pokes at Ortega in the coming weeks about ‘T-City’ pulling out. That ratcheted up tensions and it all culminated in Ortega (14-1) allegedly slapping Jung’s friend and translator, Jay Park.

Well, fast forward to today, and the featherweight contenders are booked to fight in the main event of UFC Fight Island 6, Saturday. As you can see by watching the clip below, the rivals had a pretty intense face-off today for the media.
