‘Die Hard’ Star Robert Davi: ‘Don’t Believe The Left’s Version Of America’
'Die Hard' star Robert Davi released a new song about American exceptionalism and warns "don't believe the left's version of America."
Hollywood star Robert Davi, known for roles in movies like Die Hard and License To Kill, is currently promoting his new song about American exceptionalism, “The House I Live In.” During a recent interview, the New York native offered a warning for the U.S. that every American should see.

Robert Davi Issues A Warning To Americans
“Don’t believe the left’s version of America,” Davi said.
He added that the real problem with the modern left is its unattainable pursuit of a perfected human condition.
“All societies have issues. No matter what part of the world you’re in, there is no Utopian society,” Davi explained. “I wanted to do a song that reminded America — reminded the people — because it answers the question, ‘What is America to me?’, and at the end of the day, it’s the people coming together.”
He added that a key fixture of leftwing politics is a disparagement of American society.

“Because the president is optimistic, we have these globalists — we have these people in power today — that are tearing down America. They’re not building up America,” Davi said, going on to compare Democrats to abusive parents.

Robert Davi Compares Democrats To Abusive Parents
“It’s like having a father imagine having a father that tells you you’re a piece of garbage every day,” he said. “What are you going to turn into having a mother or father tell you you’re a piece of garbage? Would you rather say to your son or daughter, ‘You can accomplish anything you want’?”
Davi concluded by exposing the self-perpetuating political momentum of leftism.
“Marxism doesn’t stop. It eats you up, It’s like that old game Pac-Man. It will eat you to death until you don’t exist, except for the state, except for the game’s conceit on itself, and that’s what they’re doing to this country, and we’ve got one backstop, Donald Trump,” Davi said. “He’s the last backstop. That’s it.”
The 69-year-old then called President Trump “the last hope for America” against leftism.

Conservative Stars In Hollywood
Robert Davi is one of the few actors in Hollywood who has been brave enough to be open about his conservative views and his love for Trump.
Last year, he talked about the many jobs in Hollywood that he has lost because of his support of the president.
“It’s happened so many times, people have told me: ‘The director wanted to use you, but it knows he can’t.’ That happens to several,” Davi said, according to CNS News. “I’m not complaining about it. It’s just something that I wish the elder of Hollywood, like Norman Lear and Clint Eastwood – opposing points of view – would call a meeting and say, ‘You know, what we shouldn’t be doing this in Hollywood.’”
We need more stars like Davi who defend the president and the conservative values that he is fighting for.
