Watch The Massive Paulo Costa Light up Pads Ahead of UFC 253

Due to how ridiculously jacked Paulo Costa is, there are more than a few people who believe Israel Adesanya will be too fast for the middleweight when they fight. There’s also an opinion that if Costa can’t catch the champ early, he’ll be in trouble later in the fight.

But, while a recent video Costa’s team shared out doesn’t outright dismiss those opinions, it might make some people question them? Or not.

Recently the video below went up on Costa’s YouTube channel and it captures ‘Borrachinha’ tearing into pads and doing some wrestling. One of the more impressive parts of the video, is when the Brazilian fires off a series of very hard and fast kicks in short order.

UFC 253 line-up

Costa will battle his rival Adesanya at UFC 253, which is set to take place on September 19th. The card will likely go down on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
