Leaked Audio Confirms Goodyear’s Discriminatory Zero Tolerance Despite Company’s Denial

Newly released audio reveals that Goodyear may be misleading the public regarding the scandal that exploded into public view involving a leaked zero tolerance policy targeting police and Trump supporters.

Goodyear denied any connection to the training slide and its anti-police undertones. But this new audio recording just undermined their whole apology.

In fact, the leaked audio indicates that Goodyear’s zero tolerance policy is even more discriminatory than first thought.

Yesterday, we reported on a slide allegedly from a Goodyear diversity training that laid out a zero tolerance policy that was pro- BLM and LGBT but anti- police and MAGA.

But now, audio from a training session at the Goodyear plant in Topeka, Kansas just provided to WIBW. You can listen to that audio in the tweet below.

That leaked recording puts to rest any doubt that Goodyear sanctioned the policy and knowingly encourages social justice supporters but silences police and MAGA supporters.

In the audio, employees are clearly told that they can “express their views on social justice or inequity or equity issues such as black lives matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts, or wristbands.”

However, they are then told that anyone who wears “all, blue, or white lives matter” will be violating company policy.

Training Pushes Social Justice

The speaker in the meeting captured in the audio said:

“Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequity or equity issues such as black lives matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts or wristbands. That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero-tolerance stance. However if any associate wears all, blue, white lives matter shirts or face coverings, that will be not appropriate.”

The speaker, whose name has not been identified, went on to say that these rules were put in place to create a better work environment.

“The rules around now what you can wear. Let’s try and comply with these so you know everybody feels good in this factory. I want to make sure guys, think about what we do in this factory, in this factory right. We all work together to make tires that’s what we do. That’s what we get paid to do. So, let’s continue to do that and do the right thing and keep this place what it has always been, a good place to work.”

Goodyear’s Zero Tolerance Policy Is Worse Than We Thought

This audio confirms that Goodyear’s policy is even worse than initial reports suggested.

It doesn’t even seem like it’s legal for an employer to tell workers that they can express pride in one race but not another, and if it is, it shouldn’t be.

Imagine if Goodyear had said that “white lives matter” is acceptable but “black lives matter” is not. All Hell would have broken loose. And the whole of mainstream media would be up in arms.

But they just said that “blue lives matter” and “all lives matter” are unacceptable. So, of course, there is no outrage whatsoever from the PC-obsessed left.  Crickets.

The hypocrisy of liberals never gets any less staggering.
