It’s May, and that means UFC 249 is back on the docket.

The event is set for May 9 with Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje colliding for the interim lightweight title. Also, Henry Cejudo defends his bantamweight belt against former champion Dominick Cruz.

The interim UFC lightweight championship will be on the line in the main event of UFC 249 on May 9, as Tony Ferguson risks his 12-fight winning streak against one of the most feared fighters in the 155-pound weight class, Justin “The Highlight” Gaethje.

With a combined 17 post-fight performance bonuses, Ferguson and Gaethje have thrilled fans like no other duo over the last several years, defeating the likes of Donald Cerrone, Anthony Pettis and Edson Barboza.
