Prince Harry Sells Prize Rifles ‘Out Of Respect’ For Meghan Markle

Prince Harry has sold his rifles because of his wife’s objections to hunting. Meghan Markle does not approve of the traditional royal activity, which Harry has participated in since he was a child.

First, he gives up his position as a senior royal, his military titles, and moves to the other side of the world. Now, Harry has reportedly given up his guns to further appease his actress wife of two years.

Many royal watchers are wondering if there will ever be an end to her drive to control Harry. 

Prince Harry’s Handcrafted Rifles

Harry hunted wild boars in Germany when he was engaged to Markle. Now that they are married, this must not be an acceptable practice to the woman royal staffers refer to as “The Duchess of Difficult.”

35-year-old Harry succumbed to his wife’s wishes and sold his two rifles from British gunmaker Purdey that were handcrafted especially for him.

The rifles valued at over $60,000 were reportedly sold in a private deal. A friend of the buyer confirmed the sale transpired five months ago.

The New York Post reports that Harry did this “out of respect” for his wife. 

Markle’s friend, conservationist Jane Goodall, essentially confirmed this recently in an interview when she said, “I think Harry will stop because Meghan doesn’t like hunting,” she said.

Harry has given up so much of his life to accommodate his wife.

He has been hunting since he was a child and now that is taboo. She even has had him relocate to her home state of California where, conveniently, she would be entitled to half of his wealth if they were to divorce.

But, what has she sacrificed for him in what appears to be a very one sided relationship?

Prince Harry Misses Military Life

Recently, Harry admitted to missing military life.

When Prince Harry stepped down, he was stripped of his military titles.

The man who proudly served was reportedly ‘devastated’ to give up his title as: Captain General of the Royal Marines, Honorary Air Force Commandant of the Royal Air Force Base Honington, and Honorary Commodore-in-Chief of the Royal Naval Commands’ Small Ships and Diving

Harry is pulled ever farther from the life he once knew. He now lives behind fences in a Los Angeles mansion. Far from his London roots and away from his lifelong friends and family.

It appears to many that Harry has been stripped of everything masculine in an attempt for Meghan to fashion him into a proper leftwing California crunchy man boy. 

No military titles, no hunting, and now no guns.

Meghan Markle’s Use Of Guns

The hypocrisy is thick with Prince Harry’s latest change since becoming married to Meghan Markle.

It wasn’t that long ago that the actress sported a gun to boost her own Hollywood career in a role on CSI as the tweeted pictures below emphasize.

Meghan is fine with guns as long as they are used to bolster her career.

But, of course, Harry shouldn’t own or use them.

It might soon be time for an intervention for Prince Harry. He has sacrificed much for this marriage.

What will he think when middle age comes around and he considers what he has given up to accommodate his Hollywood hungry wife?
