Leave it to Paige VanZant and Austin Vanderford to give us some special eye-candy while working out at home and staying in shape.
While the two are always very constant with updates on Instagram, one of the latest definitely catches your eye.
“Last nights workout.”
Needless to say, the post has been liked quite a few times on the social media site.
The two also took in some “nude” baking.
“Uh, are we doing this right??”
“Whiskey or Wine??”
Over the weekend, the two decided to take it to another level.
As a bit of a marketing ploy for the “Mrs. VanZant” t-shirt, Vanderford and VanZant displayed both their physical skills and talents.

The pair of pictures left some excited and others disappointed. However, they definitely caught the attention of the media, as TMZ Sports even posted a story about it.
VanZant has been out of action since January 2019 when she scored a victory over Rachael Ostovich. She has been sidelined due to complications from a broken arm, but as the pictures show, there is no longer a cast.
The 26-year-old is currently 8-4. Three of her wins have come via submission and two more by way of knockout, including a 2016 stoppage of Bec Rawlings.
Prior to besting Ostovich, VanZant had suffered back-to-back losses to Jessica-Rose Clark and Michelle Waterson.

Vanderford is a perfect 9-0 as a professional. He earned a victory this past November at Bellator 234.
The 30-year-old Vanderford is 3-0 with Bellator and also holds a win on Dana White’s Contender Series.
Oh, and along with nude-workouts and cooking, they are also keeping up the horticulture around their Oregon home.
