Hollywood actress Debra Messing of “Will & Grace” fame just shamelessly politicized the coronavirus pandemic and used it to launch a truly vile attack on those who support President Donald Trump. Her sights are set on putting a Democrat in the Oval Office come 2020, and Messing hopes that coronavirus is the ticket.
Debra Messing Uses Coronavirus To Attack Trump Supporters
51-year-old Messing took to Twitter on Tuesday to push the false narrative that Trump called coronavirus a “hoax”. Taking it a step further, she also claimed that his supporters will die from the disease.
The actress then expressed hopes that the deaths of MAGA supporters will finally convince them not to vote for Trump in 2020.
“LIAR-IN-CHIEF. #MAGA have been unmoved by the 16500 lies 45 has made since elected. Now that innumerable people (including MAGA) will die, because of his lies and inaction, I wonder if MAGA will recognize that 45 must be voted out?” Messing wrote.

Messing posted this disturbing tweet alongside a deceptively edited video that spliced various clips together to make it look like Trump downplayed the coronavirus threat and called it a “hoax.”
In reality, Trump never called coronavirus itself a hoax. Instead, the President referred to Democrats’ attempts to politicize the outbreak a hoax.
This Is A New Low For Debra Messing
Messing is a member of Hollywood’s liberal elite who has taken great pleasure in attacking Trump over the years.
However, politicizing this pandemic in her favor and imagining that the virus killing Trump supporters will sway the 2020 vote is a new low for her.
Unlike Messing, who makes absolutely everything about her disdain for Trump and those who support him, the coronavirus doesn’t discriminate. It doesn’t see politics or target someone for their political beliefs.

Being a Trump supporter doesn’t make it any more likely that someone will get coronavirus. Their chances of catching the virus are the same as anyone supporting Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders.
Hell, even the few remaining fans of Messing have just as much of a chance of getting coronavirus as Trump supporters do.
Let’s stop making this about politics, people. (Ahem, liberals.)
Cue Backlash
Thankfully, Messing received quite a bit of backlash for her tweet. Americans who are sick and tired of coronavirus being politicized as an attack on Trump responded.
“Looks like the only things dying, Debra, are your TV show and your career,” one social media user commented, with another adding, “Wow what a disgusting human being. I believe in karma girl. Hope ya don’t get sick.”
“Dear Debra! Instead of complaining constantly (as we are sick of hearing you), why not get out there and help,” a third user stated. “Volunteer or donate. Be constructive, not destructive. This is a time for UNITY…. not YOU!”
This last comment hits the nail on the head. Now really is a time for unity, but liberals like Messing are still trying to divide us further than ever.
It’s time that Debra Messing and her fellow liberals take a break from the Trump bashing for a little bit.
Instead, let’s allow our country the opportunity to come together and fight this virus with everything we have!
