Just seven days after Jon Jones successfully defended his UFC light heavyweight title, two contenders will try to make their claim to being his next challenger.
And in the state he currently calls home nonetheless.
Corey Anderson and Jan Blachowicz square off in the main event of UFC Fight Night 167 live on ESPN+. The event takes place from the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
This is the first time the UFC has held an event in Rio Rancho, with Albuquerque previously holding a card in 2014.
Anderson, a winner on The Ultimate Fighter, and Blachowicz, a former KSW champion, met once before back in 2015. At UFC 191, it was Anderson declared the winner via unanimous decision.
Time to run it back! ?

The card will also have a distinct Greg Jackson/Mike Winkeljohn flavor to it. Diego Sanchez meets Michel Pereira in the co-main event. Ray Borg, Devin Clark, John Dodson and others are also set for action.
