Over the past few years, many celebrities have pledged to leave the United States because of their hatred for President Donald Trump. But, virtually none of them have actually followed through with it.
Now, yet another star of the entertainment world shown her ignorance by saying she wants to leave the country because she just can’t stand living in Trump’s America anymore. We’re not holding her here!
Cardi B Wants To Leave The U.S. Because Of Trump
Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B, who also happens to be a former stripper, took to Twitter to claim that she’s filing for Nigerian citizenship because of Trump’s actions in the conflict with Iran.
Fox News reported that Cardi B made these comments in reaction to the Twitter trend of speculation on the possibility of World War III.
“Naaaaa these memes are f***in but s**t ain’t no joke! … Specially being from New York,” tweeted Cardi B.
The rapper went on to slam Trump for making the United States a target for a revenge attack by Iran for the death of their General Qassem Soleimani. And, he was responsible for the deaths of over 600 Americans.
“[It’s] sad this man is putting Americans [lives] in danger. Dumbest move Trump did till date …I’m filing for my Nigerian citizenship,” she continued.

Nigeria Responds To Cardi B
Cardi B’s wish to become a Nigerian citizen may indeed come true, as a Nigerian government official was quick to respond to her.
“As one in charge of the Diaspora for Ngr, We can’t wait to receive you again. Our doors are open, sister,” tweeted Abike Dabiri-Erewa, chair of the Nigerians In Diaspora Commission and a former member of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives. “And you need to talk a walk through the Door of Return in Badagry. It’s an indescribable experience.”

Cardi B Is A Bernie Supporter
It should be noted that Cardi B is a proud supporter of 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, who she interviewed in August.
She tweeted:

Liberal Celebrities Are Always Threatening To Leave America
It’s nauseating that celebrities like Cardi B think that it’s some kind of bombshell that they are threatening to leave the United States because of Trump. As if the rest of us would miss them at all.
If they take the freedoms that America has given them for granted so much, they probably should move out of the country and see how they like living somewhere else.
As a stripper-turned-rapper, Cardi B is probably the last person who should be commenting on U.S. foreign policy.
She knows nothing about the Iranian conflict, so she isn’t qualified to say whether Trump did the right thing in taking Soleimani out. However, as happens with most stars, fame has clearly gone to this woman’s head. So she feels that she is an expert on absolutely anything in the world.
