Aleister Black Getting Massive Push Towards Becoming WWE A-List

Only a select few wrestlers get to the top in the WWE. Unfortunately, we do not always get the people we want to see in those top positions, but this could be changing. If Sportskeeda is to be believed, Aleister Black is on his way to become an A-list wrestler.

Signs Pointing to Success For Aleister Black

There is no denying that Aleister Black has received a lot more attention from the WWE recently. Even though he was being kept backstage for a little while, things have changed in a major way. When he returned, he was painted as an unbeatable force.

Black’s first victim would become Buddy Murphy, a man who has enjoyed quite a few successes of his own lately. Black’s win does send a serious signal to the WWE universe.

“Aleister Black is still looking to be getting a very strong push going forwards. I do think it won’t be too long before we see Black taking on people like Bray Wyatt. Although a Black Mass kick, a Black Mass kick to that Mask might not be the best idea. It’s not an easy phrase to say! Please don’t judge me!” – Tom Colohue from Sportskeeda

Push to Continue Into 2020

The push Aleister is receiving is expected to continue well into 2020. However, it is important they do not pit Black against The Fiend too early. Because he has only arrived on the main roster, they need to keep building him in order for The Fiend to maintain his status if he were to take a loss.

If the WWE is serious about building Aleister Black into a major superstar, then he cannot afford any losses in the nearby future. The Fiend has been built extremely strong since his return and the same must be done for Aleister Black. So, if they are planning a match between The Fiend and Aleister Black, I don’t think it should take place until WrestleMania 2021.

How Should Aleister Black’s Build Continue?

I have to be honest, I don’t think he needs those “knock on my door” vignettes. I find those rather silly and unnecessary.

Black’s entrance is the only thing needed to get people excited about him. He’s got a mystique similar to that of The Undertaker, and the WWE should do everything they can to maintain that.

As for matches in the coming year, there are plenty of people Aleister Black can face to increase his standing. And, to introduce him to those who don’t know much about him. I don’t really recommend lengthy feuds, but matches against some of the bigger superstars on the roster. Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, Braun Strowman, and other bigger stars would help the stock of Aleister Black.

Potential matches are subject to next year’s superstar draft.  It is important for the WWE to consider where they will place Aleister Black carefully, especially where future feuds are concerned. At the moment, they should continue to build Black and his Black Mass.

In the meantime, the Fiend can continue an undefeated streak, which eventually accumulates in an unforgettable feud.
