Since being called up to the main roster, it has been difficult to find any matches involving Aleister Black. Despite being referred to as the next Undertaker and a future WWE legend, it has been difficult to spot him on WWE programming. However, there seems to be a reason for that.
Aleister Black’s Last Wrestling Appearance
Despite being incredibly popular across the board, Aleister Black has not wrestled since the SmackDown Live episode on July 16th. During the match, he managed to defeat Cesaro after a hard-fought battle. He also showed off some of his skills to the WWE universe making it the perfect time for a push.
Sortly afterwards though, he only appeared in promo segments. Fans struggled to understand the reason behind it. But, there does seem to be a genuine reason behind it.
The WWE are using the promo segments to ensure he is not forgotten. If rumor is to be believed, the former NXT Champion is suffering from a knee injury at the moment. This means he is not able to compete in the ring. Evidently, the promos are used to keep the name Aleister Black in the minds of fans.

Possible Feuds For Aleister When He Returns?
There are so many potential feuds for Aleister Black when he returns from injury. There are so many good options, it is almost mouth-watering. Even though I am sure you have your own favorites as well, here are some of mine.
Mustafa Ali
A feud with Ali would be great for both men. Ali has already shown his skills to the WWE universe, but he sells really well too. In other words, putting these guys together could elevate them both into A-list superstars on the main roster.
AJ Styles
When you want to put yourself on the map in the WWE, you simply need to face AJ Styles. Styles makes people look good and I have yet to see a boring match involving him. This makes him the perfect choice for a feud with Black.
Top Pick For An Aleister Black Feud – Ricochet
They’ve been in matches together before, but their main roster appearances have been limited to tag team action. We all know Ricochet’s skills and a feud with Aleister could help him fine-tune his mic skills. He also sells other wrestlers’ moves like no other in the business. Therefore, he is my top pick for Aleister’s first main roster feud.
Seth Rollins
If Seth Rollins does not chase the title again anytime soon, why not pit him against Black? It could mean a lengthy feud and a serious build for the latest call-up, although it may be tricky to book Rollins in this. After all, he cannot afford to take many losses after his recent loss to The Fiend. Still, this could be a potential option next year. It could even be a title feud if Seth captures the title again. Wait and see.
