75 Photos Capturing 2020 WWE Hall Of Famer Batista

We learned the first entrants into the 202o WWE Hall of Fame will be the NWO (Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash & Sean Waltman) and Dave Batista.

Batista worked on and off for WWE from 2002 to 2019. Before making the transition to Hollywood, Batista accomplished several feats in WWE.

He debuted as a valet for Devon Dudley. Then, Batista quickly landed a spot in Evolution. Under the guidance of Ric Flair and Triple H, he would start to find his spot as a main event wrestle. At the same time, he also worked with a future WWE Hall of Famer in Randy Orton.

Batista Accomplishments In WWE

Batista won the World Heavyweight Championship four times, with his 282 reign still the longest in history. Plus, he held the WWE Championship on two occasions.

“The Animal” also was a World Tag Team Champion three times, twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena. On top of that, he captured the WWE Tag Team Championship with Rey Mysterio.

He would would be one of only a few people to win the Royal Rumble two times. The first was in 2005, which he then went on to headline WrestleMania 21 and capture his first World Heavyweight Championship from Triple H. Then in 2014, Batista again won the Royal Rumble. This time, he was unsuccessful at WrestleMania XXX. He lost in the main event to Daniel Bryan; with Randy Orton also being part of the match. That would be followed with a short feud against The Shield (Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose).

Five years later, he would retire the day after WrestleMania 35 after he lost to Triple H in April of this year.

Batista might have had his problems with WWE, but he seemed to enjoy the business. He certainly left his presence in the history of WWE.

Since Batista will be part of the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame, we decided to find 75 photos capturing the six time world champion.
