UFC 241 will feature the long awaited return of Nate Diaz to the Octagon, and in Anthony Pettis, he’s going to face another fighter who’s on many fans must-see lists.
Yes, by the time Diaz steps into the Octagon on August 17th, nearly three years will have gone by since he faced Conor McGregor for a second time in 2016. After submitting the star in their first bout earlier that same year, McGregor won the rematch via decision.
Pettis, on the other hand, has been much more active in comparison. Since McGregor – Diaz 2, “Showtime” has fought 7 times, and has gone 4-3 during that run. Most recently, this past March, Pettis dropped jaws throughout MMA by knocking out Stephen Thompson with a Superman punch.
Well, recently the UFC shared out the promo video below, which is aptly named “Fan Favorites Collide”.
