All Elite Wrestling Looking At Creating Video Game
For now, the WWE remains the main outlet for video game fans to get their pro wrestling fix in. But that all could change very soon in the form of All Elite Wrestling, who appears ready to hit the market.
Nick Jackson was asked on a recent edition of Being The Elite about the prospects of AEW dipping into the video game genre. Asked on the BTW Mail Bag, “Will AEW ever have a video game?” Jackson quickly responded with a simple “Yep” to confirm it.
Kenny Omega, a key piece to AEW’s roster as they prepare for their debut on TNT later this year, has previously stated his desire to be featured in an AEW video game, calling it the “ultimate goal” for both himself and the company.
Over the years, a handful of promotions have had video games released including All Japan Pro Wrestling, All Japan Women’s Pro Wrestling, Extreme Championship Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling and World Championship Wrestling. Of course, none have been as popular as the WWE, which recently released WWE 2K20, the 71st WWE-based video game.
The Miz And Maryse Purchase Mansion In California For Over $6 Million
Things are looking good for Mike “The Miz” Mizanin and wife Maryse, as the couple recently purchased a new home in California for over $6 million.
According to Variety, the two made an offer that was accepted on a $6.4 million mansion located inside the gated community North Ranch Estates in Thousand Oaks, California.
The 10,400 square foot home features six bedrooms and nine baths, and rests on 1.27 acres of real estate. It was built in 2001 with the most recent home owners paying $6 million for it in 2018.
More highlights of the home include garage parking for eight, an eat-in kitchen, wet bar and fireplace family room, a nine-seat movie theater, billiards room, formal dining room and sits in front of scenic mountain views with a golf fairway also around the front. The home itself is gated within the gated community. NBA superstar Anthony Davis, who recently signed with the Los Angeles Lakers to play alongside LeBron James, is a neighbor in the community.
Back in July of this year, Miz and Maryse sold their Texas home for over $2.6 million, which they had purchased two years ago. They have also sold a previous home purchased in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon that netted over $3 million on the market.
The couple are current stars on “Miz & Mrs.” which airs on USA Network and is a reality series. The new home is sure to be shown on upcoming episodes.
