Barack Obama Leonardo DiCaprio Katy Perry

International celebrities, including former President Barack Obama, gathered in a lush Italian resort to create new ways to lecture the rest of us about saving Mother Earth. In typical hypocritical fashion of this “Do As I Say, Not As I Do” gang, they took private jets and massive yachts to an event about climate change.

The creators of Google organized this event in Sicily and invited the upper echelon of elites such as Prince Harry, Katy Perry, and Leonardo DiCaprio. Google is footing the bill, which is expected to be around $20 million. Attendees paid for their own travel expenses, but the tech giant is picking up the tab for accommodations.

Celebs Took 114 Private Jets to Climate Change Conference

Italian press reports attendees will arrive in 114 private jets. As these high-nosed jet setters engineer new restrictions on our carbon output, their lush jets were calculated to burn 100,000 kilograms of CO2 on the way to Palermo.

“Google Camp is meant to be a place where influential people get together to discuss how to make the world better,” one insider said. “There will likely be discussions about online privacy, politics, human rights, and of course, the environment, which makes it highly ironic that this event requires 114 private jets to happen.”

Liberal hypocrisy

It’s ultimately up to them how they want to spend their money and if they want to fork it over for private jets, that’s their right. But, they will have to get down off their high horses and not lecture us lowly peasants over the gasoline we put in our cars or how many times we flush the toilet every day if they are doing much much worse by their using personal gas hogs.

Of course, this astounding climate change hypocrisy is nothing new. Tucker Carlson took elites to task not too long ago in the video below for flying their private jets while lecturing us on climate change. This is much more than a theme. This hypocrisy is a way of life.
