Concern Over Daniel Bryan's Health?

– Some would argue the greatest moment from WrestleMania 35 was Kofi Kingston finally becoming WWE Champion by defeating Daniel Bryan. While we have seen plenty of Kingston on TV since the show, Bryan has been missing and with explanation from WWE.

We already reported how Bryan was injured at the show, but WWE was keeping the nature of the injury secret. During the Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated the main belief is a concussion occurred during the WrestleMania bout.

While Bryan has been cleared to return, WWE has to be somewhat concerned as several conclusions is what caused Bryan to initially retire several years back.

The belief is the concussion was not serious and it was the first one Bryan suffered since he returned to action at last year’s WrestleMania. Plus, the clearance only took a few weeks instead of Bryan missing months of action, causing storylines to be changed; like in the past.

Bryan could be back on TV starting this week or there are other options. WWE may have him get involved at Money in the Bank or wait until the following week. With WWE returning to Saudi Saudi Arabia in June and Bryan again refusing to working the show, they might want to be extra careful and wait until that show passes.

– According to Joe Peisich of Barnburner Radio, WWE has signed Rey Mysterio’s son, Dominick, to a contract. This would makes sense since Dominick has lately been accompanying his father to the ring.

The 22 year old is no stranger to WWE fans, working a program with Rey and the late Eddie Guerrero about 14 years ago.

Dominick has been training with Lance Storm and one of the sticking points for Mysterio’s return to WWE was giving Dominick a shot. We will have to see if Dominick reports to NXT or continues to remain on TV with his father.
