WWE & A&E Partner For “Biography” Series; Hulk Hogan At WWE HOF

– A statement was released today regarding a huge partnership in the works between WWE and A&E. The two are joining forces to release five documentaries that will fall under the ever-popular “Biography” series that will detail the careers of WWE Hall of Famers “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, “The Macho Man” Randy Savage, Booker T, Shawn Michaels, and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and the impact they have made in the sports entertainment platform.

Savage, Piper, and Booker’s documentaries will air in the spring of next year, while Michaels and Austin’s are set to be broadcast in 2021. The documentaries will be two hours and produced by WWE Studios for A&E, promising “never-seen-before” footage. Currently, the documentaries for Piper, Savage, and Booker T are in the pre-production stage.

– With Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake set for his WWE Hall of Fame induction this Saturday, it only seems natural that his good friend, Hulk Hogan, be in attendance and by his side. The WWE just released a statement confirming that The Hulkster is all set for this Saturday’s Hall of Fame ceremony, and will present his old buddy with this huge sports entertainment honor by inducting him.

Not overly surprising that Hogan will be the presenter to induct Beefcake into WWE’s Hall of Fame as the superstar owes a lot to Hulk when it comes to his career, and the two have been long-time friends in the business. While there seemed to be some bad blood between the two some years ago when Brutus wrote a few not-nice things about The Hulkster in his autobiography, this clearly proves that the situation is all behind them now.

This Saturday should be an interesting event, and many within the WWE Universe are looking very forward to all the inductions, and now, Hulk Hogan’s speech. Should have some funny stories of the past, with some endearing moments between the two via video clips.
