The Forgotten Superstars WWE Must Push

Nothing is as frustrating for a WWE fan than to see their favourite stars fall into the forgotten pit. Especially when it’s for many NXT call ups, who cannot seem to get a break on the WWE roster. Despite all the talent already on the roster, and behind the scenes, there is much talent that is not being used. Here are some of the wrestlers that need to be pushed, but are often forgotten by the WWE.

Tye Dillinger

One man who has been dying to get back to NXT, and frankly has been underused and underappreciated by the WWE, is none other than Tye Dillinger.

If we get to see Tye Dillinger once every three or four months we would be extremely lucky. Unfortunately, it seems like the WWE have completely forgotten about The Perfect 10, despite his amazing matches in NXT in the past. He has a character, he has the charisma, he even has the wrestling skill. So, I wonder, why is he not being pushed more?

Bray Wyatt

Let us move onto the mysterious case of Bray Wyatt. While initially booking great success alongside Matt Hardy in the Deleter Of Worlds tag team, things changed when Matt had to take a step back from in-ring work. Now, nobody has heard or seen Bray Wyatt for months.

When it comes to cutting a promo, nobody makes it as interesting as Bray Wyatt. He has also done some decent in-ring work. Of course, that’s not taking into account the abomination that was House of Horrors, although WWE creative can be blamed for that one. Still, this is one superstar that could pull ratings back up for whatever brand he goes to.

The IIconics

Despite being considered as a serious threat on the NXT roster, the main roster has turned the IIconics into a gimmick. While they are more than ready to tackle their main roster responsibilities, I am still waiting for the IIconics to be taken seriously. There is some part of me that hopes they will win the women’s tag team championships, but as it stands, I’m not putting my money on it.

Zack Ryder

Even though there is some indication that Zack Ryder may make a return to the main roster alongside former tag team partner Curt Hawkins, it remains to be seen if the WWE will follow through on this plan. Ryder has been in the WWE for some time, same as Hawkins, but the pair have been underutilised.

In recent history, Zack Ryder did win the Intercontinental Championship, but only for a very short time. After losing his belt, Ryder went back to catering, not to be seen until becoming a tag team with Mojo Rawley, who has also fallen to the back of the roster. Despite the fact that the crowd loves Ryder and his own ability in the ring, this is another prime example of the WWE forgetting some of its biggest talents.
