Roman Reigns May Have Good News On RAW, WWE Releases HOFer

– Roman Reigns shocked the WWE Universe this past October when he relinquished his Universal Championship and stepped away from the squared circle to go on a hiatus, informing fans in a heartfelt promo on Monday Night RAW that his leukemia returned, and he needed to gear up for the battle of his life.

The wrestling world has been a buzz since late yesterday, when WWE Chairman Vincent Kennedy McMahon sent out the below tweet, informing fans that Roman Reigns is set to appear on this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw.

In addition, Roman is also scheduled to appear on Good Morning America the next day, on Tuesday February 26th.

Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer chimed in on this and stated it is very likely Reigns will have good news to relay on Monday, especially with the travel that is involved to get to Atlanta for RAW and then NYC for GMA; he has to be in pretty good health to do something of that nature.

Meltzer also noted that Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre, and Baron Corbin triple powerbombing The Monster Among Men recently is no accident. Plus, with Dean Ambrose turning back to baby face, things seem as if we could see a Shield reunion before The Lunatic Fringe heads out of the WWE come Wrestlemania 35? According to rumors, VKM is high on getting Roman Reigns back on WWE television as soon as possible.

Whatever Roman Reigns is going to relay on RAW this coming Monday, he will need some sort of follow-up on Tuesday, thus his GMA interview. It seems positive on all ends, so here’s hoping that The Big Dogs has some good news regarding his leukemia.

WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson is a legend in this business. Not only has he had a stellar in-ring wrestling career, but has also worked as a producer backstage for the WWE, and happens to be a member of the Four Horsemen; one of the greatest factions this industry has ever seen.

Arn Anderson entered the WWE fold in 2001 after the company bought out WCW.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, is seems as if the WWE has let Anderson go this past Thursday, February 21st. The reason behind his release is not clear. To say this is surprising is an understatement. Not only had Arn been with the WWE for about 18 years now, he influenced many huge segments and angles as a producer backstage.
