Update On Superstar’s WWE Return

Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer recently noted (prior to this week’s SmackDown LIVE) that former WWE World Heavyweight Champion AJ Styles was dealing with a hernia injury. Meltzer would go on to state later in the week via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that while Styles has a hernia, he was cleared on Tuesday, where he was listed with “shoulder/abdominal” injury issues.

This didn’t sit to well with AJ, and Styles fought back on this report in a very big way by responding to Meltzer’s statements via social media.

AJ Styles took to Twitter recently, shooting down each report via a series of posts. One was in response to a fan, and the next one was an overall post regarding his “injury”. WWE Superstars Seth Rollins and Randy Orton would also chime in on the tweeting-fest. View posts below:

– Anybody out there in the WWE Universe missing Luke Harper? According to RingsideNews.com, the superstar is preparing for his comeback and is expected to hit WWE’s Performance Center as this week progresses.

While Harper and partner Rowan were enjoying a nice tag team championship run, Luke has been sidelined for months now, thanks to an injury. Rowan made a splashing return at the 2019 Royal Rumble weeks ago, and has since been paired up with current WWE World Heavyweight Champion the NEW Daniel Bryan.

Will Luke Harper return and join Bryan and Rowan to form a new SmackDown LIVE faction? He could also be paired up with former Wyatt stable member, Bray Wyatt, who’s also been missing in action since his tag team with Matt Hardy broke up in the fall of last year.

WNZ will keep you posted regarding any further developments around Luke Harper’s WWE return. Here’s hoping he can make it to Wrestlemania 35.
