-Over the past few weeks, Vince McMahon and family have promised a New Era. The entire McMahon Family has taken a more involved approach with the hopes of fixing a product that is getting poor ratings. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, while the big announcement came a few weeks ago, the changes may kick in on the first live RAW of 2019.
The New Years Eve RAW tonight is taped, with spoilers available everywhere, including here. Thanks to those available spoilers, we know that WWE is advertising three significant names to be on the show, including one name we have not seen on RAW in quite a while. But according to the Observer, they have heard enough to believe that the first live Monday Night RAW of the new year could be the start of some follow through.
While nothing is certain, the thinking here is we might begin to see some, if not all, of the NXT call-ups debut. With the idea that at least a few of them would be used in the Royal Rumble later next month, debuts in the next couple weeks does make sense. Fans will of course speculate for bigger things, such as new arrivals, but nothing seems to indicate the imminent arrival of any Elite free agents.
-In other news, NXT Superstar Toni Storm has become the latest to have explicit and personal photos leaked online. WWE has had several other Superstars experience such a leak, most notably Charlotte, Alexa Bliss, Paige and Seth Rollins.
The report indicates several adult photos and at least one video of the Superstar have been leaked. While links to them exist, we will not be linking to any adult materials.
For the 2018 Mae Young Classic winner, this is unfortunate news. However, the prior leaks did not drastically impact any other WWE Superstars, so hopefully she is able to put this behind her as well.
