Curtis Blaydes and Francis Ngannou are going to battle for a second time this Saturday at UFC Beijing, and if you need a refresher on their first scrap, watch below.
The heavyweights squared off in 2016 and Ngannou ended up winning the fight via doctor stoppage, as Blaydes’ right eye was completed closed by the end of round two. It marks the only time the vaunted wrestler has been defeated.
More recently, Blaydes put away Alistair Overeem in impressive fashion at UFC 225 in June. In Ngannou’s last outing, at UFC 226 this past July, he lost via decision to Derrick Lewis. UFC Beijing will be hosted by the city’s Cadillac Arena.
