Megyn Kelly lost her job at NBC this week after she defended the use of blackface for Halloween costumes. While we certainly don’t want to defend Kelly, we would also like to note that multiple liberal personalities have been allowed to keep their jobs even after they were caught wearing blackface on camera.
One of these personalities is the late night host Jimmy Kimmel, who loves ranting against President Donald Trump on his ABC talk show.
Western Journal reported that back in the days when Kimmel starred on “The Man Show,” he wore blackface while impersonating retired NBA player Karl Malone. If a conservative ever did anything like this, he or she would never work again. However, since Kimmel is a proud liberal who uses his platform to attack Trump and other Republicans, he is given a free pass for his racist history.
Joy Behar, a host on the ABC talk show “The View,” is another liberal personality who has been caught using blackface. In fact, she even boasted about it on her show, broadcasting a photo of herself wearing blackface for a Halloween costume.

What Behar and Kimmel did is far more offensive than anything done by Kelly, who simply stated that wearing blackface for a Halloween costume was more acceptable when she was a child, which is a true statement.
“You truly do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface at Halloween or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween,” Kelly stated. “That was okay when I was a kid, as long as you were dressing like a character.”
Since Kelly has a history of being a conservative Fox News personality, however, she was not given the free pass that was afforded to Kimmel and Behar. This just goes to show how hypocritical liberals are these days. They will forgive any mistake that is made by Democrats, but when a conservative slips up, their lives are ruined forever by the left.
