Dean Cain

Dean Cain isn’t your typical Hollywood actor. The former NFL player is a vocal conservative who supports President Trump and our law enforcement officers. In a stunning display of support for our police, Cain turned in his Superman cape for a police badge in Idaho.

Cain was sworn in as a St. Anthony Police Department Reserve Officer. While some NFL athletes are kneeling during the National Anthem to protest the police, Cain proudly joined their ranks. The Superman actor even enthusiastically shouted “Outstanding!” after being sworn in.

“Real heroes don’t wear capes. Real superheroes wear uniforms and badges and stethoscopes,” he told the Daily Caller. “Real superheroes are members of our military, law enforcement, and first responders.”

“I have always been a man of action,” Cain said before proving it by becoming a police officer. He doesn’t just play a superhero on the screen. He is now one in real life!

Idaho State Police tweeted out pictures of Cain’s swearing-in. At age 51, this certainly wasn’t something that Cain needed to do to help his career, but it obviously is something that he wanted to do. The smiles in the tweeted pictures below are evidence of that!

Video of Cain being sworn in is below.

As a former NFL player, Dean Cain has called out the hypocrisy of the protests of police. In an interview on “Fox and Friends,” he pointed out the absurdity of the Philadelphia Eagle players refusing to go to the White House. President Trump offered them a time to discuss their policy concerns, but the players refused. When given a chance to share their voices, they decided threw a temper tantrum instead.

The former Buffalo Bill has been outspoken about his objections to protesting during the National Anthem. “I stand for the anthem. I would never kneel for the anthem,” he says in the video below.

Dean Cain just took his support of our police to a new level by joining their ranks. This takes true dedication!
