Husband Goes To ‘Hardcore Pawn’ To Sell Wife’s Ring

Pawnbrokers never know what is going to walk through the door next. People come in to sell what they often think is worth more than it is and this causes a lot of drama. Ashley Gold thought she had seen it all until a wife sucker punched her husband as he was trying to pawn her ring on an episode of “Hardcore Pawn.”

The husband looked like he was a tough guy. He brought in a ring to get it appraised and then see what he could pawn it for. As Ashley was looking at the ring, the wife came into the Gold’s American Jewelry and Loan store. She wasn’t happy about the situation as her husband hadn’t informed her of his plan.

She was furious that her husband was trying to pawn her ring behind her back. She wanted to know why he was doing it. He had previously told her he needed cash for bike parts, so she assumed her ring was going to be sacrificed for that.

When he denied her accusations, she smacked him… hard. Ashley was taken aback by the situation, but it got even worse very quickly. The wife then sucker punched her man right in front of Ashley. Humbled, by being walloped by his woman in a store full of people, he immediately apologized.

The video below is one of the most intense exchanges we’ve ever seen on the program. Even Ashley admitted she had never seen a wife hit her husband before!

This video highlights a double standard. If a man hit his wife in public, the police would have been called. This couple was allowed to just leave the story without interference from law enforcement.

I can appreciate why the wife was angry that her ring had been taken to be pawned, but it’s not a good idea to hit someone, especially your spouse!
