There are plenty of math problems that require more logic than others. This often happens when you add words to the problem.
People can get into heated arguments and discussions over math problems. Some questions can have multiple answers, but one math problem is going viral for a much different reason.
Facebook user Antley Lamont Staten shared a picture of a man holding up two pieces of paper. One asks people to find the mistake. The other has a chart with numbers.

When you see the mistake you will groan. It probably isn’t where you expect it to be because it has nothing to do with math. It’s a spelling mistake or “mitsake.”
Antley’s post struck a nerve. It has been shared over 1.6 million times and 159,000 people have reacted to it. Several hundred people also commented on it.
The answer isn’t related to math at all. This is more of a spelling assignment or a Hooked on Phonics lesson.
Brain teasers are fun because they force you to reexamine what your initial answer is. There are different ways of looking at things, but which answer is the correct one? They require logic and problem-solving skills, but they can also be a lot of fun, too!
