The View‘s sole conservative Jedidiah Bila announced that she is leaving the show immediately. The sudden announcement certainly surprised the audience.
Bila was the sole voice on the right to try and balance out the far left liberal views of her co-hosts. She shocked a lot of conservatives into wondering if she was just nothing more than a token when she disagreed with President Trump’s immigration ban and even incorrectly agreed that Roe vs Wade was part of the constitution.
However, she was the only View host who asked Hillary Clinton hard questions and held her feet to the fire when she didn’t take accountability for her loss, as you can see in the tweeted video below. This leads some to wonder whether Bila was fired or if she left on her own.
In her announcement, which is in the video below, Jedidah doesn’t lay out future concrete plans except that she’s writing a book, which doesn’t have a title yet.
There are murmurs about Meghan McCain joining The View but for now, the show will be without a conservative host. This will allow the liberal ladies to run the show without any opposition. Perhaps they should consider bringing Candace Cameron Bure back! She wasn’t ashamed to stand up for conservative principles or Christianity!
