Chick-fil-a Hurricane Harvey

In addition to their delicious food, Chick-fil-A is known for top notch customer service. But, during Hurricane Harvey, a Houston location went above and beyond when a regular customer called and ordered a boat along with his meal.

Karen and J.C. Spencer were stuck in their flooded house when J.C. decided to call Chick-fil-A. He ordered two grilled chicken burritos, with extra egg, and a boat. He was shocked when the manager said she would send her husband to get them. Thankfully, the Spencers didn’t need Chick-fil-A on Sunday!

The boat was there to pick them up with some possessions when some jet skiers noticed and stopped by to help. The Spencers were able to get on the jet skis, freeing up room on the boat. The pictures of the rescue have since gone viral. It’s amazing to see a jet ski in someone’s house!
