Cash Me Outside

The out of control 14-year-old who skyrocketed to instant fame after she coined the phrase “Cash Me Outside” on the Dr. Phil show is getting a taste of justice. She is finally learning that actions have consequences.

Danielle Bregoli was sentenced to 5 years probation for grand theft, filing a false police report and possession of marijuana. Other charges were dropped as part of her plea deal. While she won’t be heading to jail, her probation includes a curfew of 5 pm to 6 am. She has to attend school full time and serve 100 hours of community service. In addition, the Florida judge is forcing Bregoli to take classes in sexual education, domestic violence, and anti-theft. Hopefully, this tight curfew will help break her bad behavior.

Unfortunately, the judge allowed her to serve her probation in California with her mother so she can have opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Danielle is the focus of a bitter custody battle between her parents. Her father, Ira Peskowitz, wants her to stay in Florida as he doesn’t believe Los Angeles is the right place for a girl who needs boundaries. He fears she is being exploited. “I’m afraid of what she’s being pushed into and who’s profiting from it,” Peskowitz said. The 14-year-old was brought to tears when her dad said that he was concerned for her well-being.

More information on Danielle’s probation and custody dispute are in the video below.

The false police report charge actually stems from Danielle making bogus accusations against her mother. Danielle’s mother has proven that she lacks control over her child. With as many behavioral issues as Danielle has, it doesn’t seem right to put cameras on her in the entertainment industry.
