Roger Ailes’s son Zachary Ailes didn’t mince words at his father’s funeral. He pledged to come after those who betrayed his father.
Zachary Ailes was candid with LifeZette at the funeral for the Fox News founder. “I loved my father,” he told the publication. “He considered how much certain people hated him as a measure of success.”
Then he pledged vengeance against those who accused his dad of sexual harassment. “I want all the people who betrayed my father to know that I’m coming after them,” the young Ailes said. “And hell is coming with me.”
That’s going to leave a mark!
Ailes’s funeral was a private event with about 65 people, but it had some very notable attendees. Ethel Kennedy joined the likes of Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham. Kimberly Guilfoyle defended Ailes at the funeral when she called him “a champion of women.”
While not at the funeral, Geraldo Rivera had very kind words to say about the Fox News founder who gave him an opportunity not once, but two times. You can see that video below.
Ailes was beloved by many. He wasn’t distracted by the negative press because he had a job to do. On the way to the top, you’re likely to collect some haters.
