As North Korea Says Long Range Nukes In “Final Stage,” Trump Takes Heavy Handed Approach

North Korea’s madman leader Kim Jong Un says the country’s intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) program is now in its “final stage.” His latest threat to the United States is being countered with tough talk from President Donald Trump.

This threat comes on the heels of North Korea detaining an American citizen over the weekend. Vice President Mike Pence’s recent visit to the DMZ and increased military drills by U.S. troops in South Korea show that the Trump Administration is not going to continue Obama’s passive approach to this madman.

In a very rare move, the White House has requested that all 100 U.S. Senators attend a briefing on North Korea by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. This type of meeting is unheard of and is another show of strength against North Korea as the video below details.

North Korea also put on a massive live artillery drill on Tuesday. Kim Jong Un has threatened to sink the USS Carl Vinson which is in the region practicing drills with two Japanese destroyers.

North Korea obviously pushes a lot of propaganda, but it’s evident the country is preparing to take military action. Donald Trump is pushing back to protect Americans from this madman. He is working with countries in the region to neutralize Kim Jong Un.
