Tax Day is quickly approaching, and it puts a pit in the stomach of many people. Jeff Dunham’s Walter has the same feeling about the IRS that many of us do.

Walter has a special salute for the IRS. He lets it loose in the video below. He says the IRS is #1, if you know what I mean!
