Tonight’s Raw will be the beginning of a two night “Superstar Shake-up” that will see the Raw and Smackdown Live rosters changed. The exact details on who is moving and how the movement will take place are vague. It appears to be different than the Draft that has happened during previous brand splits.

With that in mind, here’s what we’re looking forward to on tonight’s Red Brand show:

What IS this “Shake UP”?

WWE has been purposefully vague on what the shake-up entails. The only details we have been given is that there will be roster moves and they will take place on this week’s episodes of Raw and Smackdown Live. There are rumors abound that AJ Styles is going to Raw, The New Day is moving to Smackdown, and the entire women’s division will be jumbled up. We don’t know, and there’s a good chance WWE doesn’t know either. It is the excitement of live TV; we don’t know who is going to show up!

Maybe we will have a Lex Lugar situation?

Two Canadians and An Irishman battle for the US Title.

Last week in his triumphant return, Finn Balor and Seth Rollins defeated Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe, with Balor pinning the United States Champion Owens. By the rules of pro-wrestling, this puts Balor in line for his title shot. Jericho is scheduled to get his rematch at Payback, but his backstage beatdown might put him out of action. That would mean that Balor is next in line to challenge KO.

BOOOOOOOOO

After last week’s raucous reception for Roman Reigns, what can we expect from the Big Dog? More booing. If they can recreate Roman’s mic drop from last week, I think the crowd will reach boiling point once again. Reigns was called out by Brock Lesnar (via Paul Heyman) last week, but it appears that Braun Strowman is getting the first title crack at the Beast.

Tag Team DELETION

It appears that Matt Hardy has temporarily grounded his “Broken” character, probably due to the threat of a TNA lawsuit. I don’t think that’ll stop fans from yelling “Delete!” at him and his brother, the new Raw Tag Champions. Last week, Sheamus and Cesaro became No.1 contenders, and will presumably challenge the Hardys at Payback. The Revival also made a big debut by defeating and roughing up the New Day. The most successful tag team in NXT history will look to make a big mark on whichever Tag division they end up.

It promises to be a night full of surprises. Follow us on Twitter (@RingsideIntel) where we will be giving all up-to-the-minute commentary on the big shake-up!
