Wow! Steve Harvey absolutely nailed the importance of prayer and being grateful in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Harvey says he spends the first 10 minutes of the day reflecting on his blessings and thanking God. He proclaims the need to be positive in the face of disappointment. “A lot of us block our blessings. If you’re waking up miserable about your job, why would He give you another job? Why would He do that? So [you] can go be ungrateful for that? You gotta thank Him for the position you’re in and thank Him for all the good things that’s to come,” he said.
