One of the best skits on Saturday Night Live was always ‘Celebrity Jeopardy’ with Will Ferrell as Alex Trebek and various other SNL players and guests portraying other celebrities.
Ferrell’s dead pan is what often makes the skit so funny as he is dealing with celebrities who may be dumb in real life, but SNL takes it to a whole new level. So when SNL did their 40th anniversary special episode, it only made sense that Ferrell was brought back to do his thing.
