Wildlife is cruel. When predators are hungry, no mercy is shown. Babies are weak and an easy prey. So, when a pack of wolves happened upon a baby moose and its mom, they made a move.
You might need some kleenex to watch the video below, but it is a window into nature.
Momma Moose fought hard to protect her baby. As a mom, this was hard for me to watch.
