Dogs are so loyal. When they are separated from their owners for a while, the reunion can be a joyous occasion.
A British police officer and his K9 were apart for two weeks. The North Yorkshire Police Department filmed the reunion between Constable Marc Richardson and his partner Dutch. The video has gone viral and for good reason. Dutch was overcome with excitement to see his human. Two weeks must have seemed like an eternity to him.
