Kirk Alexander ordered Domino’s Pizza pretty regularly; every day or every other day for about 10 years. And strangely, that helped save his life. When he went 11 days without ordering a pizza, the Domino’s manager got concerned.
Sarah Fuller sent one of the driver’s to Kirk’s home to check on him. When there wasn’t a response, they called police. Police arrived at the home and could hear Kirk calling for help. They found him on the floor in desperate need of medical attention.
Customer service is important and although Domino’s is a large chain, each store services a certain neighborhood. Knowing your regular customers is important for business and in this case, it saved a life.
