Fox News host Tomi Lahren let loose on former NFL star Colin Kaepernick this week, offering him some brutal words of advice after his showcase workout for select NFL teams over the weekend.

Lahren Blasts Kaepernick

“If the NFL wants to kowtow to crybaby Kaepernick with these special workouts, fine,” Lahren said during her Fox Nation show “Final Thoughts.” “But Kap, if you’re still not good enough to offset the giant distraction and liability you’ve created, give it up gracefully and stop with this whole ‘poor me’ charade, please.”

This comes after Kaepernick’s agent Jeff Nalley said that the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback could take part in another workout. That workout would be held in March during the NFL team owners’ meetings in Florida.

After his workout on Saturday, Nalley admitted that he was “pessimistic” that Kaepernick would be signed by another team.

“It’s been 3 years since crybaby Kaepernick’s kneeling tantrum ruined or at the very least, marred the game of football and sports, in general,” Lahren continued.

“If you’ll recall, he said he started his protest to bring awareness to police brutality and racial oppression but funny thing is, he only started feeling so ‘woke’ and oppressed when he was sitting the bench, after Blaine Gabbert replaced him as the 49ers starting quarterback.”

Lahren Slams Kaepernick For Kneeling During Anthem

Not stopping there, Tomi Lahren began listing out some of the protests that Colin Kaepernick carried out.

“He said his refusal to stand for the national anthem wasn’t intended to disrespect our military or veterans, which seems hard to believe since he specifically chose to kneel during the anthem and specifically chose to disrespect the flag, the same flag generations of heroes have come home under,” she said.

“But let’s just pretend he didn’t do it to offend our military and vets, he very much so did it to disrespect and disparage law enforcement officers. Case in point, the pig socks he wore during practice when still playing for the 49ers back in August of 2016. ”

Liberals have been arguing that Kaepernick has been blacklisted from the NFL because of racism. But others point out that he led the 49ers to a losing record during the 2016 season. So it’s likely his lack of football skills that has stopped him from being signed again.

Kaepernick Continues To Benefit From ‘Victim’ Narrative

Tomi Lahren went on to argue that over the past three years, Colin Kaepernick has benefited from the “victim” persona that he’s created for himself.

“For the last 3 years, though Kap might not be a professional football player, he has continued to be a professional whiner, a professional crybaby, and a professional victim,” she said. “Oh and don’t forget Kaepernick opted out of his contract with the 49ers when it became obvious he would be cut from the team — how convenient.”

“But Kap stills maintain he isn’t in the NFL because he’s oppressed and discriminated against,” Lahren said. “That alleged oppression and discrimination has been quite lucrative for him though, he settled his grievance claim with the league with a payout that’s rumored to be in the tens of millions. In true Kaepernick fashion, the victimhood narrative continued. First with his fashion choice and then with this interview.”

During the workout this past weekend, Kaepernick wore a T-shirt with the words “Kunta Kinte” written on it. This was a clear reference to the novel “Roots,” which detailed slavery in America through the account of the character “Kunta Kinte.”

“It’s Football, Not The Social Justice Olympics!”

“Why would any team want to sign a backup quarterback that is that high-maintenance, that distracting, and that polarizing? No team wants that distraction. It’s football, not the Social Justice Olympics!” said Lahren before pointing to a tweet from a Fox Sports analyst.

“Jason Whitlock hit the nail on the head,” she said of the below tweet.

“This attention-seeking Kaepernick circus is just about as bad as the attention-seeking circus we have going on in Congress right now!” Lahren concluded. “Perhaps if football still doesn’t work out for Kap he can join a different squad and do what he’s best at, blaming others for the disappointments and inadequacies he’s created for himself!”

Lahren’s analysis of Kaepernick’s situation is spot on. His behavior makes it clear that he is more interested in pushing his victim narrative than playing for the NFL.

The NFL never should have catered to Kaepernick by allowing him to do the private workout in the first place.

It’s time for the NFL to cut all ties with Colin Kaepernick. And, in doing so, send him back to obscurity where he belongs.
