As the release date approaches for “Finding Freedom,” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s tell-all memoir, Thomas Markle is back on the scene to criticize his estranged daughter. Presumably the content of any chapters dealing with Meghan and her father are a trigger.

Now, Meghan’s own father Thomas Markle wants the well-off Hollywood couple to “stop whining” while the rest of the world is dealing with a global pandemic.

Thomas Markle Tells Meghan And Harry To ‘Stop Whining’

“This is the worst time in the world to be whining,” Thomas told The Sun on Monday night. “I love my daughter but I really don’t appreciate what she’s become right now.”

His comments followed news of the bombshell memoir “Finding Freedom.” The memoir is set for commercial release on August 11, 2020. It’s written by royal experts Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.

The highly anticipated book will tell the story of Megxit from Harry and Meghan’s perspective.

There’s been much speculation as to the couple’s participation in the memoir. Especially as Buckingham Palace sweats the potential contents of this “tell-all.”

But, Meghan and Harry deny giving interviews to Scobie and Durand.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not interviewed and did not contribute to ‘Finding Freedom,'” a spokesman for the couple said. “This book is based on the authors’ own experiences as members of the royal press corps and their independent reporting.”

Still, many remain skeptical of Meghan and Harry’s claim to not be involved with the book.

Especially since “Finding Freedom” includes many personal stories about the couple. Stories that only they or their most close personal friends could know about.

Others will simply chalk this book up as another attempt by Meghan and Harry to act like victims of the Royal Family.

Their plight to play the victim is clearly what rubbed Thomas the wrong way.

Thomas Markle Doubles Down

“This is the worst time in the world for them to be whining and complaining about anything — because people everywhere are suffering due to the coronavirus pandemic,” he said.

Thomas went on to add that he was shocked by some of the revelations in the book as well.

In particular, that Meghan “rejected” a suggestion made by the royal family to offer her father protection in the lead-up to her and Harry’s 2018 royal wedding.

“The fact the royals advised them to get me help and they refused to do it is incredible news,” Thomas lamented.

Thomas and Meghan have been estranged since he did not attend her wedding. Reportedly, Thomas Markle backed out last second after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Royals In Panic Mode Over ‘Finding Freedom’

The royal family had reportedly been nervous in the lead-up to the release of “Finding Freedom.”

Palace sources previously told Daily Mail that the book will go into detail about the “pressure cooker” of anger and resentment that Harry and Meghan have built up over time towards the Royal Family.

“Regardless of the truth, it will make headlines worldwide and give a fulsome airing to the Sussexes’ long list of grievances, yet again,” one source said.

Another insider called the book a “revisionist version of events surrounding their engagement, marriage and their short time as a senior royal couple.”

“It’s going to be the gospel according to Meghan and Harry, so to speak,” this source said.

“Everything that has happened in terms of Megxit will be seen through the prism of their take on events. What it’s unlikely to reveal, however, is how it subsequently emerged that Harry and Meghan had been quietly plotting their ‘exit’ from the Royal Family for at least nine months before they finally announced their decision to quit in January this year.”
