When a Hollywood star gives a glowing review of a movie he wasn’t in, people notice. The Rock has done just that with the new horror film It. He says the movie is one of the top 10 best movies he has ever seen.

The movie is based on Steven King’s novel about a killer clown that shakes a small town to its core. It certainly grabbed The Rock’s attention as he wrote a glowing review praising the movie on Instagram. After reading his words, I think I need to see this movie!

It opens in theaters September 9th, so The Rock’s review is perfectly timed to encourage people to head to the theaters. You can see a trailer for the thriller in the video below.

Wow! That sure looks both terrifying and thrilling! It will likely rule the box office opening weekend.
