The former Saturday Night Live! star Victoria Jackson has made the sad announcement her cancer has returned, and is now inoperable. Now she’s speaking out to let her fans know how she’s holding up with the news.

Jackson’s Cancer Returns – Now Inoperable

Jackson, 65, was initially diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2016. On Thursday, Jackson took to Instagram to reveal in a lengthy video that her cancer has sadly returned. She told her fans that the cancer is now inoperable, with doctors telling her that they “cannot operate and cut out the marble in my chest that is laying on my windpipe, and eventually would suffocate me to death.”

Jackson went on to say that her doctors have prescribed her a “magic pill,” which would help “shrink” the “marble… hopefully.” This pill was set to be delivered to her home within 12 hours.

The comedic star added that when she researched how long patients live after taking this “magic pill,” she found that it was “32.6 months to live. Something like that.”

Jackson Stays Positive

Jackson, who has long been known as one of the only openly conservative stars in Hollywood, gave herself a slightly longer timeline in the caption of her video.

“Cancer Update: I have 34.8 months to live if I don’t get hit by a meteor, shot by a MAGA hater, get Covid again or WWIII breaks out,” she wrote, showing off her signature rightwing sense of humor

Despite her cancer being inoperable, Jackson is staying positive.

“I’ve had a fantastic life,” she gushed.

That being said, there are still some milestones that Jackson is hoping to live to see.

“I’d like to see my grandson born — his name is Jimmy — in October, and get to know him a little,” she admitted. “And I would like to see my daughter Aubrey have a baby.”

Jackson Leans On Her Christian Faith

Throughout her lengthy cancer battle, Jackson has been leaning on her strong Christian faith.

“The Bible says we have ‘three score and 10’ — that would be 70 years for a normal life,” she explained. Jackson added that “weirdest thing” happen to her one night and when she “heard God say, ‘Ready to come home?’”

“…I thought, ‘Is that my imagination or is that God?’. But the Bible says, ‘My sheep hear my voice, and I know them and they follow me,'” she recalled. “And he didn’t say it like, ‘You’re coming home now!’ He just kind of said it like we were hanging out…”

Jackson ended her video by making it clear that she has no regrets.

“You know we’re all dying, but when you kind of see in print you have 32.6 months, it makes you think…” Jackson concluded. “But I wouldn’t change anything. I think I’d like to ask God if I could die in my sleep though.”
