Hollywood is not typically thought of as a place that is full of Christians, but there are some celebrities out there who are proud of their strong beliefs in God. They were out in full force on Easter Sunday, taking to social media to give thanks that Christ has risen.
One such celebrity is Patricia Heaton of “Everybody Loves Raymond” fame.

Heaton’s Longer Easter Message
Heaton took to Instagram to post a longer version of her Easter message.
“Huzzah! He did it! He is risen and it’s all going to be ok. The war is won but we still have some battles while we walk in his power on this earth. Victory over death, life everlasting – amen,” she wrote, adding a heart emoji.

The former “Full House” and “Fuller House” star Candace Cameron Bure also had an Easter message for her fans, which should not come as a surprise to any of her fans.
“He is alive!” she wrote. “Jesus Christ willingly died on the cross, taking the punishment of our sin for us. Three days later, the tomb was empty because He rose from the grave.”
“He sits alive at the right hand of God, preparing our home for us in Heaven!” Cameron Bure continued. “Praise the Lord for He took what we deserve. Let us praise and worship Him and glorify Him through our words and actions. Happy Easter.”

Former NFL and MLB star Tim Tebow had an Easter message for his followers as well, posting one along with a photo of himself and his former Miss Universe wife Demi-Leigh Tebow.
“He is risen! Happy Easter fam,” he wrote, adding the John 3:16 Biblical verse that reads, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Academy Award-nominated actor devout Catholic Mark Wahlberg had a video Easter message for his fans that he shared on Instagram.
“Happy Easter everybody, I’m praying for you,” Wahlberg said. “I just wanted to say, pray everyday, and find peace.”
