Yellowstone is easily one of the biggest TV series. Not only did it take the world by storm when it was first released, but there have been several spinoffs that have captured fans.

These spinoffs include 1923, 1883, and The Madison, which gave fans a look into the popular show in a variety of ways. And fans will be excited to know that a new Yellowstone spinoff is on the way.

That’s right! Kayce Dutton’s story will be continuing in a new spinoff show that was officially announced in May. The show, Y: Marshals, will follow the youngest Dutton son, played by Luke Grimes, as he puts his ranching days behind him and joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals in Montana.
Grimes shared this exciting news on Instagram with a caption saying, “Cowboys don’t say goodbye, they say see you later.”

It’s said that Dutton will combine his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance family and duty.
Filming should begin this summer, according to Deadline, and will have a similar look and feel to Sheridan’s original series. They’re hoping that the show will air in the spring of 2026, with the first season containing 13 episodes.

But where can you find the new show when it releases? The new show will be a CBS Original, airing on Sunday nights on the network, unlike Yellowstone, which aired on Paramount.
As far as the cast is concerned, we’re already aware of the leading role played by Luke Grimes. Unfortunately, though, he’s the only member who is confirmed to be a part of the show.
