Megan Rapinoe is the Colin Kaepernick of the women’s soccer world, and she just loves to play the victim. It’s been confirmed that the U.S. Women’s Soccer team actually makes more money than their male counterparts. What will Rapinoe do with this bit of news?

Rapinoe isn’t letting that fact stop her from continuing to pressure the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) to increase her salary.

ABC News reported that last month, Rapinoe whined to both Congress and President Joe Biden that she’s the victim of pay discrimination. Rapinoe also detailed her alleged struggle in the documentary LFG, which is currently streaming on HBO MAX.

The Facts Show Rapinoe Was Lying

The facts, however, are not on her side.

Two years ago, Rapinoe and her teammates filed a lawsuit against the USSF in California federal court, seeking more than $66 million in damages for alleged wage discrimination and discriminatory working conditions, according to Zero Hedge.

The court ended up dismissing their claim of pay discrimination after finding that members of the women’s soccer team actually make more than their male counterparts on both a cumulative and per-game basis.

Court documents show that the Women’s National Team earned approximately $24 million overall; the Men’s National Team earned just $18 million.

Per game, the average take for women was $220,747, while the average for men was $212,639.

On top of that, though women individually made an average of $11,356 to $17,416 per game, the four highest-paid male players made an average of $10,360 to $13,964 per game.

Rapinoe Plays The Victim

This has not stopped Rapinoe from claiming to be a victim of gender pay discrimination.

“Don’t settle for anything less, go for equal, go for more, don’t accept any of these sort of antiquated and BS answers,” Rapinoe said her message to women is in an interview with BBC last year. “Especially when it comes to sport there’s been such a lack of investment for such a long period of time, so any direct comparison to the men’s sports or the men’s leagues is just wholly unfair.”

“Until we have equal investment and over investment really, because we’ve been so underserved for so long, we’re not gonna have any sort of meaningful conversation about compensation and revenues and TV viewership,” she added.

Like her fellow woke leftists, Rapinoe is a professional victim who loves claiming that she’s being discriminated against because of her gender.

The next time you hear her whining, take whatever she’s saying with a grain of salt, because she’s shown before that she is not the honest person that she claims to be.
