Despite her recent serious throat cancer diagnosis, Beth Chapman is carrying on Christmas as usual in the Chapman household. The wife of “Dog the Bounty Hunter,” Duane Chapman, posted a photo on Instagram of her and her husband sitting on a couch in formal attire.

In the caption, she lets everyone know that her recent bad news will not be interfering with her family’s Christmas traditions.

“Family Tradition,” Chapman wrote. “Theater with the kids for Christmas .. And Churchill’s for dinner.”

“Faith is probably the number one thing in our lives, no matter what we’re faced with”

This has certainly been a hard month for this famous family.

“Beth was declared cancer-free last year in a dramatic special detailing her past battle with throat cancer titled “Dog and Beth: Fight of Their Lives,” Fox News reports. “However, the night on the town comes just weeks after she was rushed into emergency surgery after doctors found a life-threatening mass in her throat. It was later revealed that her throat cancer had returned and that the condition was serious.”

Chapman told Fox News previously:

“Faith is probably the number one thing in our lives, no matter what we’re faced with… Through this cancer episode, we had to drum up as much faith as we could. And the Bible talks about having faith as small as a mustard seed. And that’s not much… And I thank God that we had at least that much faith to get her through that.”

With everything this family is going through, it is no doubt that their deep faith in God continues to help them through troubled times.

Keeping Christmas and the reason for the season in their hearts is a big part of that. We’ll keep you and your family in our prayers, Mr. and Mrs. Chapman.
